The Diet Coaching program has changed my life and the health of my family. I have learned how to properly read labels and know exactly what I am eating and feeding my family. The Diet Coach has done all the time consuming work for me. She took me shopping in my grocery store and showed me where I can find everything I need. The recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. The reason this worked for me was having to be accountable thru my weekly call to the Diet Coach. She knew when to call me on the same excuses I would use to sabatoge myself and when to encourage me to push myself and really be who I am meant to be.
