Kids Day
2010 marks the 10th anniversary of Kids Day in New Buffalo! This family fun event started out with about 50 people attending a handful of activities and it is now visited annually by about 400 people!
With a focus on health and safety issues facing our community, families can partake in many activities from fingerprinting and photo ID's to live animal encounters, car seat safety inspections, smoking house simulator and more! Dr. Strother and other local doctors provide free preliminary spinal, eye, and dental exams. Organic and natural snacks are available, free t-shirts, balloons, face painting and much more!!
Join us every year on the third Saturday in September from 12-3pm at the New Buffalo High School.

The Diet Coaching program has changed my life and the health of my family. I have learned how to properly read labels and know exactly what I am eating and feeding my family. The Diet Coach has done all the time consuming work for me. She took me shopping in my grocery store and showed me where I can find everything I need. The recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. The reason this worked for me was having to be accountable thru my weekly call to the Diet Coach. She knew when to call me on the same excuses I would use to sabatoge myself and when to encourage me to push myself and really be who I am meant to be.
